      Pros

      They don't micoro manage like most companies and that allows you to do your job.

      Cons

      Their accounting is not all to par with paying bills. Also alot of meetings that have nothing to do with job scope.

      A lot of experience early on if you are a new engineer. Co-workers are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Not valued for your opinion. Management is very close-minded and not innovative. High turnover adds a lot to your already heavy workload.
