Pros

Learned a lot. Great pay and benefits. Great people.

Cons

Very political oil and gas. Decisions are unilateral. Everyone is making the best decision they can because they are given the ability to do so. When a product is finally launched too much time has past and the consultants that had made decisions on a whim are impossible to fix. Time is wasted.

It was OK for a couple years. Then it got old....and frustrating.

Pay was good. Benefits were good.

Cons

Too many projects and initiatives without focus. Strategy was never clearly conveyed. Very slow career progression, even for high performers, unless you are one of the chosen few. You are more likely to be pigeon holed in your position if you are really good at it and are willing to take on additional responsibility. Too many changes in management for frontline staff.

Good benefits, good pay, no deadlines, no real direction, just paying people like money grows on trees.

Cons

This company throws money away like its going out of style. From the top to the bottom they're destined for failure. All levels of management don't care about anything but money eventhough they completely waste it every chance they can get. Can't trust anyone in the company. Got laid off due to Covid-19 as a full-time employee when a week earlier the CEO said they had to lay off contractors in order to protect the full-time employees. Don't believe a word they say. It's nothing but lies. No-one is untouchable in this company except the worthless ATS department that is stuck in 90's technology.
