      Benefits and compensation are decent. Overall job security a plus. Great friendly working environment.

      Cons

      Work life balance is lacking in field positions. Equipment is run way past life span and constantly breaking down, including production equipment and vehicles. Expected to get everything done without real concern for personnel well-being , while you're hounded about safety.
