      Pay is adequate (for now) Benefits Work schedule Small work environment

      Supervisors are too thinly stretched - I often find myself distracted from my duties to cover theirs I am often required to travel 100+ miles to attend 1-4 hours of mindless meetings/training No company vehicle for operators/utilities Training department non-existent until time to advance, when they manifest as an impregnable barrier one must overcome Budget restrictions often result in undesirable conditions and inadequate resources to perform duties Corporate is caught up in frivolous gimmicks (DCP2020) instead of fixing real issues mentioned above

      Stable company with a good financial outlook. Fair Pay with a constant effort given to be competitive in the marketplace

      Cons

      Frequent changes in management makes it difficult to assimilate and rise above the change period.
