I have been working for 11 years with DCP and have had excellent mentors and managers that have shaped my career by continuously challenging me with new opportunities. I am starting my 5th position with the company and each opportunity has allowed me grow, learn new skills, and improve my business acumen by learning different aspects of the business. As an engineer, I have been been exposed to process engineering, project management, operations leadership and commercial operations.

Cons

The only negative about working for an energy company is the cyclical nature of commodity prices, and booms and busts periods of the industry. However DCP has done well to keep its vision to be sustainable in any environment.
