      Pros

      Good culture to work for with a one team mentality. Entry level allows you to quickly learn new skills in the midstream and gas processing industry. Safety and environmental focused operations.

      Cons

      As a compliance coordinator there is not a system in place for promotions; after a few years of doing the same job there is not much motivation to stay with the company.

      Pros

      The lower level team is friendly and works hard to support projects throughout the entire company.

      Cons

      The upper level management in Project Execution is deaf to its lower level team. In the time that I worked there, I never saw my VPs unless I purposefully approached them, and I was there for years.

      Pros

      Many areas to improve and get yourself involved.

      Cons

      sometimes you are expected to do too many things at one time by yourself which cause some projects/tasks/assignment to never get fully completed. It's hard to learn the basics and overall picture of how the company works if you're given a lot of busy work.
