Pros

Great communication from top to bottom concerning NGL operations. Supervisors are helpful and always lend support or have your back if needed. There is plenty of growth and outlook is good.

Cons

With P-66 taking ownership there is talk ok relocating Houston employees. Management has dragged there feet on sharing information that may help employees make life changing decisions that will affect them and their families.

Work force of tomorrow is a total joke and disaster. The training is mediocre at best. 3/4 of the assessments needed to get pay and points aren’t even complete but yet they are threatening to take people’s pay if they don’t make the cut when they don’t even have the system figured out?!?! No respect at all for veteran craft and trade workers who have 15 plus years with the company. COVID protocols are “Do as I say Not as I do”. We had a plant where a night shift operator tested positive and he was told to come to work because there wasn’t any backfill available. The senior leadership is about as disconnected from the work force as you can be. When they say they “survey” they only the people they know will give them answers they want.
