      Half day Fridays, Lots of opportunities to learn, SOME really good people to work with, Wellness program, Central location in Houston, work life balance is good

      Cons

      They promote supervisors to positions that have never even been in that department before or understand what that department does. Slows down the group and makes you go from completely enjoying your job to miserable.
