      Great pay and benefits and met a lot of good people. If you make your work/life balance a priority it isn't too bad.

      Cons

      The industry is not doing well so annual layoffs keep moral low. There is no money for training or support for contractors. The managers are not helpful or very supportive because their hands are tied.
