      Pros

      Great boss and flexible schedule makes the job enjoyable. Because of the business growth strategy of DCP Midstream and the MLP there are never two days the same.

      Cons

      The work life ratio is not good. There is not a large enough staff the comfortably take any time off. The piled up workload upon return can be insurmountable.

      Working in a small leaves you without a manager or anyone to provide support with operations. Everything is about the young professional, leaving the more senior technical staff tomcend for themselves. Turnover rate is probably 95% amongst engineers, new and seasoned alike, in the first two years.
