5yThank you for providing your feedback, we work hard make sure our employees know how much we appreciate them. We’re proud that despite the challenges to our industry, we’ve keep healthcare premium costs fixed for a number of years. 2020 has been incredibly difficult for our industry and we’ve had to make some hard decisions. Through this time we continue to live our culture of trust and have been open and transparent with our employees about the potential outlook through company-wide calls, local town halls and of course an open door policy. We know there are concerns and ask you to take action to address them, whether it be with your direct leadership team or executive committee member.
