Cons

First sign of trouble, they are reactive. Employees are not the priority in bad conditions, only the bottom line.

Used to feel more restrictive by requiring things such as a formal dress code though I believe from former coworkers that that is chagning.

We’re glad you received some good experiences here, we’ve been able to make some amazing moves forward in the way we work over the last few years. Unfortunately, 2020 has proven to be incredibly challenging, with a series of black swan events that had created a volatile market. As with others in our industry, the difficult decision to reduce our workforce was made to ensure our long term viability. If we could have made a different decision, we would have done so.
