      Pros

      DCP is a great company that drives strategic direction for their employees and within the industry. Flexible benefits offer great packages to their team members.

      Cons

      Although the senior management team have a great strategic direction, the company is naturally beholden to the fluctuations of the oil and gas market, and their ability to manage within that framework.

      Pros

      The people at DCP are the best I've worked with in my career. We really do have a family atmosphere. Leadership truly cares and safety is truly a value.

      Cons

      Pulled in too many different directions...I suspect that is normal for some organizations, but we run a little lean in the support groups.
