Business Outlook
Pros
Every corporation is going to have its good and bad, however this company is mostly on the upside of things. Good benefits and each of my supervisors has been interested in my well-being. They work with me regarding family events and time off (vacation and sick, etc).
Cons
I was led to believe some incorrect things about promotions when I was hired on. Oil and gas industry is too volatile to be really comfortable, however those of us who have been born and raised in this type of economy are all-too-comfortable with it anyhow. Good pay for the job description, not necessarily good pay for the actual job tasks you'll be asked to do.
