      My plant manager is an excellent individual to work for. He understands that people are his greatest resource.

      Cons

      Leadership in my department is lacking to the point that it is non-existent 75% of the time. The individual in the position wants the title but none of the responsibility.

      Dynamics of leadership and managment style have changed dramatically over the last 36 months leaving employee feeling less than appreciated and respected as a professional. The current enviroment is rapidly evolving into one of managment distrust which is only exasperated by a huge communication disconnect effecting everyone below the senior level.
