Pros
The position was supporting a large Navy contract involving cockpit displays, mission planning, mission execution and intelligence gathering. There were many talented individuals to learn from. Old and new hardware and software challenges. New processes and Agile management. Early efforts in remote work was new to the DoD and was experimental at the time, 2020-2023.
Cons
Process heavy. Over use of Agile. Some of the management were not technically savvy (DEI hires) and could not help direct efforts.
