Hit or miss with managers, and the work is what you would expect at a government contractor. They are an ESOP which means if you stay for a few years you get great benefits with profit sharing in an account that grows the longer you stay there. Privately held and very likely to stay that way. The goal seems to be to build long term value.

It's a government contractor so a lot of employees are 50+

Culture is employee centered. They care about their employees as an employee owned company. Great flexibility and challenging interesting work.

Cons

Benefits seem to be mid level for industry. Beginning number of PTO days seems slim. The company is only mid sized in an industry of giants, it makes it difficult to have fully confidence growth will continue without being acquired by a large company soon.
