      Great work environment and work/life balance, no growth opportunity

      Pros

      Work/life balance is great, the employees and management are great, the benefits are great for an individual and family.

      Cons

      As a developer there are limited opportunities using newer technologies and practices. Don't expect too much room for movement and growth except in niche technologies. Pay is not fantastic, but not horrible.

      Bonus Incentive Program. If you do something noteworthy you can be submitted for a bonus.

      Cons

      Hard work tends to not get recognized and you will hit a hard wall with the education/experience requirements. Promotion won't be based upon performance. You'll also have to ask with another job offer in hand when you want a raise. Loyalty is not rewarded.
