      Pros

      Really good benefits, 401K match and stock options. Coworkers are really great. In my case, my Manager is amazing. I can't guarentee all will be.

      Cons

      The rate of PTO accrual could be higher. They need an outside source to come in to check for efficiencies and newer software.

      Great Coworkers, lots of room for personal growth

      Cons

      Due to the nature of working with the government, some teams will limit your professional growth by claiming that some roles are only for government, but this varies from team to team which only makes it more frustrating.
