      Pros

      DCS is a growth oriented company that does an incredible job supporting its employees while providing world class engineering and technical services to its customers. I have been here over a year and have seen the commitment at a levels to always do the right thing which translates to business success and career growth.

      Cons

      Since DCS provides services to the US Military and other government agencies, it can be sometimes difficult to connect all employees. However, senior leadership does an excellent job of doing so through the Employee Stock Ownership Program and frequent communications/site visits.
