Pros
Pleasant enough work environment and good working atmosphere.
Cons
Many colleagues with families rely on Universal Credit to subsidise their low wages. Seems somewhat ironic that the Chairman turns up for work via helicopter while many of the workers are effectively being subsidised by the Government with in-work benefits.
