The Individuals are really wonderful.

Cons

Management does not care if you are legally excused by a doctor, they also do not care about a death in the family. You are thrown into the field with little to no training and have classes sporadically and if something happens, they will blame you for your lack of training. Management just doesn't care about their emplpyees at all and talk down to them horrifically.

Residents are great. Upper management needs work

Pros

The residents are wonderful people. Some more demanding than others, but you end up having a special kind of bond.

Cons

Upper management is stanch and ridged, leaving no room for flex. Their overall opinion of workers is poor. I never had an issue, but they lacked care for employees under me.
