Pros

Clients are great and you can build great relationships

Cons

Pay is horrible, upper management is horrible. They expect you to be at beck and call when you aren't at work and leave where you are to go deal with whatever they're concerned about.

Pros

The residents are fun to interact with. That’s the only pro.

Cons

Everything. You will be underpaid and overworked. I was making less than 40k salary to be on call 24/7. They expected me to come in every other night when 3rd shift would call off because they were “sick”. Do not work here.
