Set schedule, do get benefits.

Cons

On call 24/7 There Insurance doesn't cover anything I had 5 different supervisors in 2 years. Supervisors only support those who share there agenda. Company doesn't show appreciation for any of the staff. I was told they don't have time or money for that.

Good population to work with

These reviews are accurate, this company is not worth your time. Extremely unprofessional and when you bring up an issue there’s no resolution and you’ll end up stressed and burnt out.

The individuals are amazing, and it is such a rewarding job

The management needs work though. Need to have more care about employers in my opinion.
