Being on call 24/7. Had to take calls during PTO.

Pros

Building great relationships with the residents and free meals

Cons

Management is poor, they will overwork you, they want you to live at work and when you ask for a day off they will make you feel guilty. When going to management about a concern they will call it complaining and do nothing about it, they will not reward you or make you feel appreciated.
