As a developer, get many opportunities to learn and grow. Development work is good here as you get responsibility from the scratch to design a feature.

Cons

variable pay is not good work pressure is high senior management is not good.

The training provided at DDN is very focused on products and services that make us the largest privately held AI data storage company in the world so soft skills development is minimal and managed through our on line courses.
