DDN has some excellent people working here that strive to do their best and make it easy to work there

Cons

Pay and benefits are not competitive. They do not realize the need to reward top talent accordingly

We appreciate the feedback. Based on our review of the salary structure in the Chatsworth manufacturing group we provided a very competitive market adjustment. We were able to recognize the team for their contributions to make DDN a success with additional funding for increases.
