They serve free lunch every other Friday (payday), which was so bland and boring.

Cons

This is the most unorganized company I have ever worked for, from HR (onboarding) to Sales, Upper Mgmt, and the Finance dept.

We appreciate your feedback and will work on making sure that our onboarding and recruiting is productive for our applicants and new hires as they join the DDN family. I am not sure In and Out, Tommy's, Popeyes and other payday lunches are boring but we realize everyone has different tastes.

We have been very successful in introducing some new product to the market which created a high demand to ship additional products during the year. Although we try to forecast this high demand there were times where we required additional demands from our QA team. We try to balance the workload whenever possible and will continue to work on creating a positive work experience for employees.
