      Working with DDN is fun everyday. You get to work on cutting edge technology used in High Performance Computing (HPC) and also get along high thinking individuals who are best of breed.

      Cons

      Need to get your own home cooked food or order from Food-Tech Companies.

      Pros

      Work with top of the notch system on the HPC market. Great Hardware and Software for HPC. Lots of challenge in the job. Good leadership, and allways there to listen and help you. If you work on GPFS/Lustre, HPC Storage and you know what is an interconnect and to solve problem on it and tcp/udp/ip, it's the perfect place to work !

      Cons

      You will have to solve problem on small and big system and you will have to like that ! In my case, I have done it in the past and I like that. Daily it can be hard to find the root cause of a given problem, but this is definitely what make this job interesting and give challenge. In this company you are here to find what's going wrong, how to fix it the right way, what is the bottleneck, find the best reachable performance and you will have to daily learn, read and listen to other people which can be there to help you. Perfect company if you want to improve your knowledge on Storage and Parallel Filesystem !

Best HR department ever! - Easy expenses process, prompt payment, no ambiguities.

      Cons

      - Depending on your position and the projects that you're involved with, you may have to travel frequently and extensively. - International collaboration can require meetings at odd hours for some. - Lots of turnover in sales department makes business continuity difficult in some accounts, can be discouraging to some. On the upside, misfits don’t last and teams are strong.
