      ZERO! DON'T DO IT!!! DON'T GET SEDUCED BY THE MONEY OR MARKETING HYPE!!! Do your DD and talk to previous employees if possible. Its all smoke and mirrors.

      Pros

      The company is full of hard working and dedicated employees who give their all, day in and day out in support of the company.

      Cons

      Wages are below industry norms and the workloads are unsustainable for this reason the company has trouble attracting and maintaining quality employees. The CEO does not comprehend the evolving storage market and has no long term strategic direction beyond increasing storage capacity and throughput.

      Pros

      Wonderful work environment with very little "micro-managing". I love the atmosphere of having faith in employees to get the job done and to be confident in doing so. The ability to prove oneself and to have underlying - the tools to what it takes without question is a great asset to an employee's peace of mind!

      Cons

      Inter-departmental communication is a bit lacking.
