Pros

The officies are quite nice. Big and quiet, every thing you need to focus on the job. There is also a "start-up" like climate, bringing in the motivation. The people are great with different culture and perspectives.

Cons

The main section of the company is in the US, and the current company culture comes from there, which not the same culture as in France. So sometimes it feels like we are not belonging to the company. But that is the only drawback i can find, but it is inherent to any distributed company.
