      Pros

      The people there are incredible. It's an enjoyable place to work. It is still quite small so I think there is room to make impact Team lunches/social outings are enjoyable Yearly christmas bonus

      Cons

      The movement of information can be very slow, particularly between different global departments. This can lead to reduced time to achieve our deliverables in APAC given the lead time for products. Plans for distribution can change last minute due to shortages in other regions.

      Pros

      Despite being quite professional, every stage of the interview process made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Every round was fun and exciting. The Deciem staff as a whole was very friendly and approachable. The questions were pretty good and appropriate to the work. Additionally, there was a video presented to us which showed how the entire Deciem team works as a unit and how unique the skin care brand is.

      Cons

      I personally really enjoyed the entire interview process.
