So much Drama Had a manager that infringed on our legal rights which was ignored by the higher ups. Entire company lacks communication. Benefits took forever to come in.

Luckily I already worked in skincare and had used the products for years because the training leaves much to be desired, I hear coworkers giving conflicting advice sometimes because they haven't had enough training, or ongoing training. Rampant favouritism when it comes to hiring/promotions - worthy employees are passed over if they're not in the clique while whole positions are created for management's friends who then turn out to be totally unsuited for the job re product knowledge, customer service, personality. Gossipy management, a culture of unprofessionalism sometimes. Relevant information isn't always passed down to employees, or when things change we're not updated. The company makes a big fuss about being open and understanding with mental health but in practice - not so much (this will vary manager to manager of course). So many little things make it tough to work for deciem sometimes :(
