      very good pay for a retail job management that cares about its staff and have been exceptional during covid-19 very good staff discount

      It was better a few years back. 70% discount is great for employee discount

      Cons

      HQ Management is the worst. All they think of is themselves and forget about employees exsit. They are more Managers than workers and every Manager thinks they own Deciem. The CEO doesn't care she is in UK and don't take care of the employee. Worst company

      great discount! easy access to hr staff fantastic Christmas bonus great pay lovely customer base super friendly manager Harvey Nichols discount for concessions

      Cons

      Concessions are based in harvey nichols which means very slow days. Harvey Nichols is a nasty gossipy environment because no-one has anything better to do. If the managers dont like you you will be targeted as a "problematic employee" as they also have nothing better to do than to tell employees off for leaning in a department store with 3 customers in.
