Disorganized, manangement has unprofessional relationship with favourite staff members. I wasn't able to work full probation period because of how much I hated working there, high turnover rate. I have worked in retail for 9 years and this has been the worst experience of my life.

There are so many things wrong with this company I would never recommend working for them. 1 = Toxic environment, no structure, people in management positions have no previous management experience and it reflects in the environment. Retail employees are for the most part miserable and don't feel valued. If you forget to clock in they will not pay you for your hours. People will receive promotions but no raise to go along with the added responsibilities, management gossips about employees to other employees behind their backs. The cameras in the office and retail space have audio recording on them, staff has never been asked for their consent to have their private conversations recorded or listened. ILLEGAL. The CEO keeps opening stores but can't keep up with the demand in the current stores, everything is always sold out and customers will get upset at retail employees. People in leadership positions at the office will often bicker at people that work in the store via e-mail without knowing what goes on in the stores day to day.
