Pros
The people. DECIEM has the most talented, passionate people I have ever come across in this industry (or the world!) starting not least with the founder and CEO. It is a company made up of mini-entrepreneurs which is the lifeblood of everything that happens and a true testament of the success achieved. The founder encourages this entrepreneurial spirit and encourages no hierarchy so everyone has great responsibility for their areas. I have never seen so much love shared in a workplace, both for what is created as well as for the family created. For a start-up in 3 years to reach this level is beyond words and a true reflection of the culture, team and passion that exists at DECIEM.
Cons
If you are looking for a 9-5 corporate job this is really not the place for you. It is far more than a job will ever be and for that I am eternally grateful.
