Pros

Ability to grow with the company, if you can tolerate the lack of professionalism.

Cons

Environment very unprofessional, differing expectations and protocols among managers, different expectations for staff dependent on relationship with managers, inconsistent and unreliable feedback, with "no hierarchy" it's difficult to know where to turn to have concerns addressed.

Weird place with unqualified management

Pros

Employee discount/ELC discount - nothing else

Cons

Where to begin. This is the weirdest place I have worked at in my entire career. I have never met such disorganized upper management with zero qualifications and no understanding of the real business world. Estee lauder is rightly starting to micromanage the business after realising how it was being run. There is hardly anyone in leadership team who is well experienced and qualified enough to know what they are doing. People at director level are there just because they were in the company since a long time. I have to work with people (sales directors, senior sales managers, head of department) who do not understand basic finance or numbers! It is absolutely insane how they would sit in meeting and would have no clue how the P&L works and have no idea how to meet their sales targets with key retailers. “Senior sales directors” have no idea why the business is declining. The sales team does not know how to approach retail customers or build relationships. Its super odd that people who are supposed to be leaders are soo highly incompetent that you start feeling dumb working around them. Collaboration and communication is non existing between departments. Sales team does not know how to plan their business with retailers and communicate plans to internal teams. Extremely high turnover in recent months (only people who came with good experience from real companies are leaving within months of joining and not the incompetent ones who have been here for super long because of their friendships).

Pros

Amazing people to work with and the hours are good.working here makes me feel welcomed by my co-workers and I can actually smile or even laugh at work....and not many people can say this about their workplace in this day and time.

Cons

No real or proper training or health protection for employees working the factory and If you want to be put down by slander, degrading ,sexist comments and be treated like your nothing but a pawn or a slave then this is the place...the Manager who acts like a child does all of this and I ask myself everyday why I'm still working here or why no one has reported this man to the ministry of labour for as long as I've been working here I've seen him make people cry, quit and some never even show up for work after an interview with him because he acts like he the king above all things but himself. Will give 5 stars if this issue is fixed
