      Great Company When I Worked There

      Pros

      I loved that they made a point to take care of us during the pandemic and Nicola was an incredibly receptive and involved CEO. The people I worked with became my really good friends and I am still in contact with them years later.

      Cons

      Middle management. Those I had issues with have since been let go/moved on. Curious what the culture is like now.

      Great product, original mission was amazing, opportunity to move/ grow across ELC brands

      Cons

      Leadership sucks they make you feel bad about everything there is an unnecessary pressure to be perfect when no one knows what they are doing and everyone is just trying to learn together. The pay is sad they low ball every candidate always
