Pros

good discounts, Fraser office is cool and at great location as it is walking distance from my condo.

Cons

Leadership is not interested in your growth. I haven't been able to get any recognition after almost 4 years in my current role. Lots of talk about internal growth but unless you are part of their clique, you won't be promoted. Overall....good company to get your feet wet in beauty industry.
