      Great Company unfair pay & work schedules

      Discounts & free products Helping people transform their skin Working with like minded people

      Cons

      Unfair work hours, the manager had every weekend off and only gave weekends off to the people he favoured . I worked there for 5 months and only had 1 weekend off I got payed significantly less than employees less qualified doing the same role

      Abhorrent management in head office, and terrible pay

      Only positive was staff discount (70%) and The lack of KPIs

      Cons

      Where to begin.... inexperienced and poor leadership and a lack of empathy towards staff. toxic bullying culture and manipulation. Management are Grossly incompetent and have contributed to more than a dozen resignations. Absolutely no accountability or consequences to their actions. The company preaches about kindness in the workplace, the importance of autonomy and treating others with respect. Didn’t see an ounce of that displayed within the company.

      Unpredictable Learning Experience!

      Pros

      There's not many work places I've been to, where your colleagues are your friends and they genuinely are interested in you. There's also always something new happening, so there's not really much time to get bored. It's not a space for someone who doesn't enjoy constant change. The culture at DECIEM is what makes this place a powerful team. The team is relatively young, but it allows for an environment where if you have feedback, the management is open to listen and take charge rather quickly.

      Cons

      The company is growing quicker than its current space, but it's temporary as the CEO has announced there's a new facility that's triple the size.
