      hr doesnt do proper investigation, number of unresolved escalations, allows racist, biased, and violence in workplace and doesnt do anything.

      Pros

      Used to be a good company, it had a caring start up energy but since being taken over by Estée Lauder, they like every other ELC company couldn’t care less about work life balance.

      Cons

      The only people who get ahead at Deciem are ones who are single and married to their jobs with no other hobbies in their life. You must spend your every waking moment serving the company to be even slightly appreciated. The work life balance is just not there. Everything is about meeting the target, when you do, it’s scarcely acknowledged.
