- systematic and top-down micromanagement has been going on for a long time without seeing any signs of change. - no career advancement opportunities at all. - nepotism - chaotic and high pressure

Cons

Lack of transparency from upper management about stock, slow rollout and irritated customers on a daily basis. No growth opportunities or promotions for assistant managers to become managers
