      -great employees and culture, everyone is happy and engaged in their work

      Cons

      -too many people from the "start up" days in leadership positions that are way, way beyond their qualifications and experience - get some leaders from bigger companies so you know where to go.

      Pros

      The people. Deciem is one of the kindest and most humble companies I have ever worked at. They care so much about the team and offer best in class perks to really put the teams as the top priority. They have a trusting culture that gives individuals a fantastic work-life balance. They are so much more than The Ordinary, they are a human company filled with creatives whose ideas are always welcomed.

      Being a Global company sometimes your team might be on the other side of the world, making it hard to ever meet and get to know eachother personally.
