-benefits (but comparable to other companies nothing to write home about) -some team members

Cons

-Upper management -zero career advancement -should hire people with zero education, they don’t pay you appropriately, expect a lot of research, barely use that research. And keep you on the bench making un-realistic amounts of batches -micro-management -very clique -if you aren’t liked by upper management you will not advance… there is no where to advance anyway
