Great discount . Liked the culture .

Cons

Literally hiring friends . No opportunity for advancement. Should have initiated a human rights complaint . Too bad as I enjoyed the company and products. I moved on .

Company is in a growing mode which creates a lot of opportunity for future job opportunities. Company has an excellent benefit package

Cons

From what I see there are no cons working for Deciem everything that I experienced has been of a posiitve nature. I would recommend this company to anyone.
