      Good opportunity for marketing and trade overseas

      Cons

      As a new pop-up startup, it an absolutely chaotic environment to work. Decisions are made daily without any plan in advance leads to high pressure on employees, who work in production lin in particular.

      Working here for years, I can see they are actively trying to improve. Pro's include: - Great benefits & perks - Progressive, young-minded company - Great friends & family discount - Lots of nice people - Fun office culture

      The company is growing so fast which leads to: - Heavy workload - Stressful turnaround times - Gaps in communication
