Good culture but messy organization

2yThank you for sharing your feedback as it helps identify our opportunities and allows us to implement positive changes moving forward. Employees are encouraged to reach out to HR if they have any concerns.
Our People team is working towards a global compensation project in which we analyze the pay offered to employees of DECIEM, and how it compares to similar roles within the industry and region of that employee. The People team is also working on an overarching development project to ensure that all employees at DECIEM see growth in their areas of interest.
