      growing too quick and we can't keep up

      Pros

      the products are great, company is very people-oriented, and it's nice to work with a company that has a hard-set vision. It's other things we're worried about

      Cons

      we changed basically all of our internal platforms......all nearly at the same time, not giving employees the chance to adapt, poor training and lack of support, new platforms are horrible anyways so that further equals to major employee burnout, losing morale + we don't feel prioritized we're trying to grow too fast. fix all of our current issues first, improve employee morale and offer support, at the very least before implementing any new things. you'd think that was common sense

      Great company, tons of potential to add more structure

      Company is transitioning from start-up mentality, so there are various procedures that need to be figured out and put in place
