Pros

A good employer when compared to many firms of that size in terms of working culture and payment of salaries and perks as per the agreed terms of offer. I have been working for last 5 years in India office and I have good time working with Decipher India.

Cons

Ofcourse, work loads are a bit high on few projects with tight deadlines but comp-off's are given when the work loads are low to compensate our efforts.

A perfect job to utilise advanced maths. Most jobs require high school maths at best, working out a few percentage changes here and there. There are a handful of career lines that gives you a prime opportunity to use degree level maths. Ba

Cons

It goes without saying for any career, to really consider your personality match with the chosen line of work rather than just the dolla dolla. Your day-to-day life typically involves staring at a black screen for hours peppered with the occasional stakeholder meeting. This can be tough for someone who needs a little more human interaction not to mention how draining it can be working in long stretches of solitude. Of course, an introvert might be more at home with this kind of role.
