- You can work on anything (from data to systems) - Opportunity for growing (in the eyes of the manager)

Cons

- Unreasonable deadlines - Management does not understand technical debt or technical effort required for the project - Preferential treatment - One leader to rule it all - Not at all suitable for immigrants
